This paper reports the experience gained at teaching the practical part of subjects such as "Technical Office" and "Projects". The learning process was applied in a context of
transversal coordination between different degrees, considering the different curricula of each degree --- more focused to the technological aspects in the B.Eng (Bachelor of
Engineering) and more oriented to management and R&D in the M.Eng (Master of Engineering). Specifically, we proposed a model with high resemblance to the real process,
i.e. a model coordinated between companies --- formed by students with the same qualifications, who negotiate in order to collaborate from a position of common profits. As a result, students showed not only higher degrees of personal buy in but better comprehension of the theoretical contents of the subjects as well.
