This paper presents a set of experiences with the gamification tool Kahoot during subjects’ lectures in the area of project management teaching, and analyses the results of its implementation. The first experience presents the use of Kahoot tool in order to evaluate the intermediate exercises during a lecture. The second experience presents the use of the same tool to evaluate at the end of the lecture the concepts explained during the session. The last experience consists in the use of Kahoot tool to review the concepts explained during the subject until this moment. Results show the acceptance of this kind of tool by students. In addition, this tool revitalizes the lectures and increase students’ attention. However, this kind of tools has some risks. The fact that Kahoot is a competition tool can lead to a reduction of the students’ attention, and be more complicated for them to pay attention to the teacher explanations. At technological level, no significant difficulties were found. Nowadays all students attend lectures with a smartphone, tablet or laptop compatible with the system.
