Lately we are hearing voices, especially in the university context, which warn of the need for a transition from "teacher to tEHEAcher" (acronym for teacher-counselor in the EHEA), which results from applying approaches focused on student and in their competence performance. Thus, methodologies with a more holistic approach to the term "competence" have been proposed, which cover all kinds of knowledge, from "to know" as the simplest expression of knowledge to "to want", encompassing other dimensions of knowledge: to know how..." to say", "to do", "to be" and "to stand", in contrast to others with greater base in the master class.
npS®, no problems ... Solutions, allows the transition from curriculums based on courses/subjects to others based on projects along with the aimed transition to the "tEHEAcher".
This communication shows how a master's degree in project management has been programmed under the competency paradigm, and carried out in its third edition, under the npS® methodology. The lessons learned and the results obtained after its closure are described. Those results show a significant improvement of competence performance of the students in up to 12 key competences related to the aim of forming ECI (Emotionally and Competently Intelligent) people.
