EVALUACIÓN DE RIESGOS EN LA LÍNEA DE PINTADO DE UNA EMPRESA DEDICADA A LA INYECCIÓN DE PLÁSTICOS

Abstract

Before the implementation of a new line in a plastics injection industrial plant, risks assessment of the existing painting lines has to be made to define the appropriate working conditions to ensure safety and health of workers through the process.

This paper describes the new process to implement and the methodology to be followed for therisks assessment, as well as the main results achieved. Specifically, it is carried out the identification of the hazards to which workers are exposed in the painting stage. After that, the risks are assessed, and the preventive measures required to minimize the dangerousness and the impact of risks are proposed.
