| dc.description | Ante la implementación de una nueva línea de pintado en una empresa dedicada a la fabricación de materiales plásticos por inyección, se plantea la realización de una Evaluación de Riesgos de las líneas existentes que permita definir las condiciones de trabajo adecuadas para garantizar la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores a lo largo del proceso. En este trabajo se describe el nuevo proceso a implementar y la metodología seguida para realizar la Evaluación de Riesgos, así como los principales resultados alcanzados. Concretamente, se realiza la identificación de los peligros a los que se someten los trabajadores a lo largo de la línea de pintado, se evalúan los riesgos, y se proponen las medidas preventivas necesarias para minimizar la peligrosidad y la repercusión de dichos riesgos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Before the implementation of a new line in a plastics injection industrial plant, risks assessment of the existing painting lines has to be made to define the appropriate working conditions to ensure safety and health of workers through the process. This paper describes the new process to implement and the methodology to be followed for therisks assessment, as well as the main results achieved. Specifically, it is carried out the identification of the hazards to which workers are exposed in the painting stage. After that, the risks are assessed, and the preventive measures required to minimize the dangerousness and the impact of risks are proposed. | es_ES |
