Abstract

This research is part of a doctoral thesis, whose main objective is to determine the factors of University Social Responsibility (RSU) that allows the development of strategies for the promotion of decent work through university ethical commitment. This first research work is a public service to the relationship between the RSU and decent work, through a descriptive approach. For the development a bibliographic review has been made, on the terms of RSU and Local Economic Development (LED), focusing especially on its links, and more specifically on the factors that allow the promotion of decent work.
