| dc.description | La presente investigación forma parte de una tesis doctoral, que tiene como objetivo principal determinar factores de Responsabilidad Social Universitaria (RSU) que permitan el desarrollo de estrategias para la promoción de trabajo digno a través del compromiso ético universitario. Este primer trabajo pretende ser un aporte teórico a la relación existente entre la RSU y el trabajo digno, a través de una aproximación descriptiva. Para su desarrollo se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica, sobre términos de RSU y Desarrollo Económico Local (DEL), focalizando especialmente sobre sus vínculos, y más concretamente sobre factores que permitan la promoción de trabajo digno. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This research is part of a doctoral thesis, whose main objective is to determine the factors of University Social Responsibility (RSU) that allows the development of strategies for the promotion of decent work through university ethical commitment. This first research work is a public service to the relationship between the RSU and decent work, through a descriptive approach. For the development a bibliographic review has been made, on the terms of RSU and Local Economic Development (LED), focusing especially on its links, and more specifically on the factors that allow the promotion of decent work. | es_ES |
