ESTUDIO DE INCIDENCIAS DESPUÉS DEL CAMBIO DE CALDERA INDIVIDUAL A CALDERA CENTRALIZADA.

Abstract

In order to obtain quality housing, the statistical analysis of the incidents, which appear in the revision phase and once delivered, is important in order to determine improvements in the entire construction process. The use of the BIM methodology allows this information to be included in the database. In this work, the study of the incidences that occur in the heating and hot water system in a total of 13,854 housings of public protection during 11años (2005 to 2015) is carried out. The decisions of the change were made in the product team of the promoter so that the information which the designers will have to carry out the projects, will be the one that comes from the analysis of the statistical study of the incidents. Always using the BIM methodology. The results of the change raised have been positive since the number of incidences per house, in the phase after deed have been reduced. Likewise after the analysis in phase of review of houses before its delivery and in phase after writing, it is proposed as improvement the execution of a test of service shortly before the delivery of the house.
