| dc.description | Para la obtención de viviendas de calidad es importante el análisis estadístico de las incidencias, que aparecen en la fase de revisión y una vez entregadas, con la finalidad de determinar mejoras en todo el proceso constructivo. La utilización de la metodología BIM permite que esta información se incluya en la base de datos. En este trabajo se realiza el estudio de las incidencias que se producen en el sistema de calefacción y agua caliente sanitaria en un total de 13.854 viviendas de protección pública durante 11años (2005 a 2015). Las decisiones del cambio se realizaron en el equipo de producto de la promotora de modo que la información de la que los proyectistas dispondrán para realizar los proyectos será la que provenga del análisis del estudio estadístico de las incidencias. Siempre utilizando la metodología BIM. Los resultados del cambio planteados han sido positivos al reducirse el número de incidencias por vivienda en la fase tras escrituración. Así mismo tras el análisis en fase de revisión de viviendas antes de su entrega y en fase tras escrituración, se propone como mejora la realización de una prueba de servicio poco antes de la entrega de la vivienda. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In order to obtain quality housing, the statistical analysis of the incidents, which appear in the revision phase and once delivered, is important in order to determine improvements in the entire construction process. The use of the BIM methodology allows this information to be included in the database. In this work, the study of the incidences that occur in the heating and hot water system in a total of 13,854 housings of public protection during 11años (2005 to 2015) is carried out.
