npS® is a methodological technique that, starting from the bases of a diverse set of disciplines (Project Management), processes (Mentoring/Coaching) or techniques applied to problem solving and conflict resolution and in personal development based on key aspects of Psychosociology, can be applied to the project management.
npS® starts by converting a "issue to be solved" into a "project", starting by defining the objectives we seek in that "issue to be solved", for, subsequently, defining and applying the plan that will be followed, which has been defined based on a particular reformulation of the provisions of ISO 21500 and PMBOK standard set, and following the philosophy of the KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid). Finally, it will allow collecting the lessons learned from the process as one of the most important elements of it.
This communication presents what is known as npS® hexagon in this methodology, showing the tools and resources that it offers us for its practical implementation, by using the experience obtained through the last year from its application to the management and running of a congress.
