    Abstract
The aim of the COMMET project is to respond to one of the main limitations of the current solutions in connectivity in broadband mobility proposed in 5G, which are not designed for some transport environments where there is high-speed vehicle displacement (> 500 Km / h) and at the same time support critical services and very demanding security and reliability. It is intended to offer greater bandwidth, greater reliability and guarantee the performance of services. It is a project with several technological partners with different levels of technical and managerial responsibility . From the point of view of Project Management, this project seeks to define a comprehensive management methodology that specifically includes: - Definition of indicators or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the evaluation of project performance. The scorecard methodology will be used, including the definition of the monitoring strategy (when and how to monitor) and the intervention strategy (when and how to intervene). - Application of the earned value method (EVM) and earned Schedule (ESM), incorporating the concepts of uncertainty and technical performance estimation. The methodological proposal and the planning for its implementation, monitoring and validation are presented.
