| dc.description | El objetivo del proyecto COMMET es dar respuesta a una de las principales limitaciones de las actuales soluciones de conectividad en banda ancha en movilidad propuesta en 5G, que no están pensadas para algunos entornos de transporte donde existe desplazamiento de vehículos a alta velocidad (>500 Km/h) y al mismo tiempo soportan servicios críticos y muy exigentes de seguridad y confiabilidad. Se pretende ofrecer mayor ancho de banda, mayor confiabilidad y garantizar el rendimiento de los servicios. Es un proyecto con varios socios tecnológicos con distintos niveles de responsabilidad técnica y de gestión. Desde el punto de vista de la Dirección de Proyectos, en este proyecto se persigue definir una metodología de gestión integral que específicamente incluya: - Definición de indicadores o KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) para la evaluación del rendimiento del proyecto. Se utilizará la metodología del cuadro de mandos, incluyendo la definición de la estrategia de monitorización (cuándo y cómo monitorizar) y la estrategia de intervención (cuándo y cómo intervenir). - Aplicación del método del valor ganado (EVM) y del plazo ganado (ESM), incorporando los conceptos de incertidumbre y de estimación del rendimiento técnico. Se presenta la propuesta metodológica y la planificación para su implementación, monitorización y validación. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the COMMET project is to respond to one of the main limitations of the current solutions in connectivity in broadband mobility proposed in 5G, which are not designed for some transport environments where there is high-speed vehicle displacement (> 500 Km / h) and at the same time support critical services and very demanding security and reliability. It is intended to offer greater bandwidth, greater reliability and guarantee the performance of services. It is a project with several technological partners with different levels of technical and managerial responsibility . From the point of view of Project Management, this project seeks to define a comprehensive management methodology that specifically includes: - Definition of indicators or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the evaluation of project performance. The scorecard methodology will be used, including the definition of the monitoring strategy (when and how to monitor) and the intervention strategy (when and how to intervene). - Application of the earned value method (EVM) and earned Schedule (ESM), incorporating the concepts of uncertainty and technical performance estimation. The methodological proposal and the planning for its implementation, monitoring and validation are presented. | es_ES |
