In the current social paradigm the economic value is evolving from products and services to experiences. Many companies are expanding their offering into this new framework in order to differentiate themselves from competitors, and thus, offer the customer a particular and specific experience. A proper evaluation of these experiences is key to identify opportunities and propose changes in existing experiences.
This paper analyses the different measurement variables that are used in experience evaluation, and identifies which variable may be the most appropriate to use in the experience design method developed by the research team.
