DIAGNÓSTICO ENERGÉTICO Y MEDIOAMBIENTAL DE UN EDIFICIO TERCIARIO EN JARAÍZ DE LA VERA (CÁCERES)

Abstract

Presents the results of the analysis of energetic and environmental sustainability of a building of tertiary sector in Jaraiz de la Vera, Cáceres, in the framework of the PROMOEENER project.

The ultimate goal is not only complete the diagnosis, but rather seeks implantable solutions that genere savings in energy consumption and improve the state of sustainability.

Previously are disclosed in detail the facilities and equipment through a energy audit. Once defined the remarkable inputs, the data are entered into a simulation software that provides a percentage of environmental impact reduction that characterizes the state of the Centre .

Subsequently are listed a series of proposals for improvement on the points where the building has a significant potential for energy savings and / or reducing environmental impact. These are measured with the same tool, which allows extract some indicators that help to quantify the improvements and in turn permits estimate energy savings.

We conclude that the proposed strategies, minimize the environmental impact and implies an energy saving, thereby improving sustainability and reducing the costs associated with energy consumption without reducing comfort in building.
