| dc.description | Se presentan los resultados del estudio de sostenibilidad energética y ambiental de un edificio terciario en Jaraíz de la Vera, Cáceres, en el marco del proyecto PROMOEENER. La finalidad última es, no sólo completar el diagnóstico, sino buscar soluciones implantables que generen un ahorro en el consumo de energía y mejoren el estado de sostenibilidad del edificio. Previamente se describen de forma detallada las instalaciones y los equipos a través de la auditoría energética; una vez definidos los datos de partida destacables se introducen en un software de simulación que nos proporciona un valor porcentual de reducción de impacto ambiental que caracteriza el estado inicial. Con posterioridad se indican una serie de propuestas de mejora sobre los puntos donde el edificio objeto presenta un importante potencial de ahorro de energía y/o disminución del impacto ambiental. Éstas se valoran con la misma herramienta extrayendo unos indicadores que ayudan a cuantificar las mejoras conseguidas y a su vez se estima el ahorro energético. Se concluye que las estrategias propuestas minimizan el impacto ambiental y suponen un ahorro energético, reduciéndose así los costes asociados al consumo de energía sin disminuir el confort en el edificio y con una mejora de la sostenibilidad. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Presents the results of the analysis of energetic and environmental sustainability of a building of tertiary sector in Jaraiz de la Vera, Cáceres, in the framework of the PROMOEENER project. The ultimate goal is not only complete the diagnosis, but rather seeks implantable solutions that genere savings in energy consumption and improve the state of sustainability. Previously are disclosed in detail the facilities and equipment through a energy audit. Once defined the remarkable inputs, the data are entered into a simulation software that provides a percentage of environmental impact reduction that characterizes the state of the Centre . Subsequently are listed a series of proposals for improvement on the points where the building has a significant potential for energy savings and / or reducing environmental impact. These are measured with the same tool, which allows extract some indicators that help to quantify the improvements and in turn permits estimate energy savings. We conclude that the proposed strategies, minimize the environmental impact and implies an energy saving, thereby improving sustainability and reducing the costs associated with energy consumption without reducing comfort in building. | es_ES |
