ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO DE LAS CARGAS DE FUEGO EN CENTRALES HORTOFRUTÍCOLAS.

Abstract

The present paper is part of a set of articles, many of them in project, which aims to study the fire behavior of structures in agrofood industries and horticultural plants in particular. In Spain, in recent years, there have been major fires in agrofood industries leading to ruin or collapse of buildings in a short period of time. That is why we address, as a first step, a detailed analysis of the fire load density in horticultural plants, using two different examples. We will follow the various models established by the "Eurocode 1 Part 1-2: Actions on structures. Actions on structures exposed to fire ", as well as the Spanish Fire Safety Regulations in Industrial Establishments.
