| dc.description | La presente ponencia se circunscribe dentro de un conjunto de artículos, muchos de ellos con carácter ulterior, cuyo objetivo consiste en el estudio del comportamiento ante el fuego de estructuras y naves de industrias agroalimentarias, y en concreto de centrales hortofrutícolas. En España, en los últimos años, se han producido importantes incendios en industrias agroalimentarias conducentes a la ruina o colapso de los edificios en un escaso periodo de tiempo. Es por ello que nos planteemos hacer, como primer paso, un análisis pormenorizado de la densidad de carga de fuego en centrales hortofrutícolas, utilizando dos ejemplos diferentes. Para el análisis se seguirán los distintos modelos establecidos por el “Eurocódigo 1 : acciones en estructuras Parte 1-2: Acciones generales. Acciones en estructuras expuestas al fuego”, así como lo establecido por el vigente Reglamento de Seguridad contra Incendios en Establecimientos Industriales. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The present paper is part of a set of articles, many of them in project, which aims to study the fire behavior of structures in agrofood industries and horticultural plants in particular. In Spain, in recent years, there have been major fires in agrofood industries leading to ruin or collapse of buildings in a short period of time. That is why we address, as a first step, a detailed analysis of the fire load density in horticultural plants, using two different examples. We will follow the various models established by the "Eurocode 1 Part 1-2: Actions on structures. Actions on structures exposed to fire ", as well as the Spanish Fire Safety Regulations in Industrial Establishments. | es_ES |
