METODOLOGÍA PARA LA EVALUACIÓN DE LA MADUREZ DEL SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE LA I+D+I EN LAS ORGANIZACIONES

Abstract

Several standards, like UNE 166002 i.e., provide organizations with a standard in order to formalize and implement management system for R&D, as well as others, like ISO 15.504, provide a number of levels through which it is possible to evaluate the implanted process maturity of organizations. In this paper, a proposal is made combining both approaches to establish a methodology for the implementation of a R&D management system according to the requirements set by the UNE 166002 and that in turn meets standards defining the ISO 15504 standard to achieve maturity level 2, this approach is used to guide the implementation for an organization. The evaluation model should be seen as a tool to guide for those entities that want to ensure the institutionalization of the R&D management system , either having implemented the UNE 166002 standard or not. The dimension of maturity assessment model requires the organization to execute tasks to institutionalize the system of management of R&D.
