This article describes the models of leadership and project management, industrial applications based on best practices of Project Management. In order to align business strategies in the management of sustainable projects in industry, the first thing to consider is the creation of a statement that includes a purpose, a mission, a reason, it should become a management philosophy and should be the basis for building a model. According to the Royal Spanish Academy model is defined as the theoretical framework, usually in mathematical form, of a system or of a complex reality, as economic developments in a country, which is made to facilitate understanding and study of their behavior. In the management of projects we can speak of "Concentric Models" his performance is joint, systemic and layers. Its end is interactive. "Linear Models" credibility lies with precedence and systemic. Its end is less interactive. This paper presents PMM Institute for Learning and has implemented his model to achieve sustainability of projects in organizations, with the support of international norms and standards of the Project Management.
