    Abstract
In this paper we illustrate the application of two of the new components of the new methodology for project management, through joint implementation in a case study area in visual health of Colombia. It aims to visualize the application of the method, presenting its advantages and in turn compare instruments designed for each component, the promoter, who evaluates the project, it monitors and is responsible for monitoring reports, and the executor, which assumes by contractual commitment to achieve the deliverables. To implement the methodology it has been used a participatory action, where the authors have been part in the whole process. We present the results of implementation, and feedback aspects that have allowed the structure of the methodology. Also, found a new configuration that improves cases between agents. It is intended that the structure can be taken as a basis for project management in environments that exhibit the same condition in which it was implemented the methodology.
