IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE LA METODOLOGÍA DE GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS PM2. APLICACIÓN EN UN PROGRAMA DE RECUPERACIÓN DE MICROCUENCAS EN CÓRDOBA (COLOMBIA)

Abstract

In this paper shows the results of the implementation of PM2 methodology presented in the documents entitled "Project Management Methodology aimed agents involved. I. Description and structure" and "Project Management Methodology aimed agents involved. II. Development and application", which were presented at the XVI International Congress on Project Engineering organized in Valencia in 2012. This paper illustrates the application in a watershed conservation project in the department of Cordoba in Colombia. We have Implemented two components of the methodology in a case in Which the promoter and executor agent are grouped. It aim to analyze the results of this configuration of agents so that allow to compare the efficiency of the method in different forms of grouping. For the implementation the authors have done part throughout the process. We present results that demonstrate the improvements required by the method in this grouping level, and that has proved useful for this type of project. Have been found advantages for the registration and project management with the implementation of procedures and documentation.
