Abstract

Traditionally, the creation of a new business is managed by a Business Plan. Nevertheless, the entrepreneurship could be considered as a project. It will be of great interest to apply Project management methodologies and tools to the creation of a new business. In this communication, the relation between Project management and Business plan is analyzed. The synergies between both frames of management are found, and especially how Project management could contribute to entrepreneurship.
