In economics discourse with the use of models in the free market, to explain the origin of capitalist profit without considering the scale of production involved, sales volume, structure and organization of the production units; as well as, the market rate, internal or external, in which we participate, it is staying at a level of assumptions for the determination of profit margins, that neither theory can be sustained, especially if the state participation has been reduced within the framework of globalization of supply and demand of goods and services.
The purpose of this paper is to identify the means to venture freely a market to the extent that a product meets the expectations of socially demanding customers and identify the means to achieve a free market, where production processes tend to be standardized according to a plan, standard or process that is geared to protect the environment and the development of the family and the persons composing it (especially the weakest: the old, the children or the pregnant woman), their nutrition, health, education or security.
