In this paper the results of analyzing the potential energetic use of fluids under non pressurized regime conditions will be exposed. Different situations under uniform or variate regime conditions are studied. For both regime situations, a sensitive analysis of the main design variables (geometric, longitudinal slope or materials) on the energetic potential has been conducted. The achieved results shows the availability, or the capability to create, a certain hydraulic energy directly usable or transformable in mechanical, electric or thermal energy.
