| dc.description | En todos los ámbitos de la sociedad la preocupación por el medio ambienta ha ido incrementándose en los últimos años, apareciendo el concepto de "sostenibilidad" en casi todos los sectores productivos. En el sector construcción, como uno de los principales motores de las economías y también uno de los principales generadores de impactos ambientales, también ha sucedido igual, apareciendo nuevas normativas, herramientas voluntarias, sistemas de certificación, etc., con objeto de preservar o minimizar el impacto sobre el medio ambiente. Uno de las iniciativas es la gestión ambiental de las organizaciones, bien simplemente o únicamente a través de las buenas praxis, tanto organizativas como constructivas, como a niveles más formales con la implantación de Sistemas de Gestión Medioambiental (SGMA). El objeto de esta comunicación es realizar un análisis de las prácticas de gestión ambiental por parte de una muestra de empresas del sector construcción valenciano. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The concern for the environment has been increasing in all areas of society at last years, and has been defined or created the concept of "sustainability" in almost all productive sectors. In the construction sector, as one of the main engines of the economy and also one of the main generators of environmental impacts, it has also happened the same, resulting in new regulations, voluntary tools, certification systems, etc., in order to preserve or minimize the impact on the environment. One of the initiatives is the environmental management of organizations, simply or solely through good practice, both organizational and constructive, as in a more formal level with the implementation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
