Increasing the effectiveness of processes and the emotional motivation of each operator. This paper reflects the process of redesigning the working environment of the machine Fagor CNC Pegamo TN04, based on usability principles defined in the field of interaction. As a result the main problems that have been identified in relation to the principles of usability have been solved. Thus, is proposed a more friendly work environment, optimizing the effectiveness of operations.
