This paper describes the study and conception of an industrial equipment for automatic placement of food products in trays. This need arises when the verification of disability in the quality of actions such as pick and place products that provide high viscosity and consistency. Case examples are the bolinhos de bacalhau, which are made-up from glycosides links that induce sticky contacts. The intention is innovation of a conceptual solution that aims to use the engine of the conveyor belt, to jointly move the tool on food product. For these cases we treat sticky and consistent products that the function comprises a long delicate manipulation.
