The aim of this paper is to show a methodology to control construction projects with high level of outsourcing proving a multidimensional perspective that enable a view for the cost in a traditional budget structure, and other one to the term control toward a structure activities and the programmable resources according to the distinct building processes.
The methodology was developed using the good practices to control cost in the construction sector and integrating them with the procurement and planning processes. In this development were applied innovative techniques of planning and control, like an interpretation of the Last Planner System, with common software in the construction sector, like PRESTO, accounting software and Microsoft Office, among others.
As a result, it was obtained a tool to elaborate PLANNING PROJECT that provides an INDUSTRIALIZATION MANAGEMENT WORK. It has been achieved an integrated collaboration between the distinct knowledge’s areas of the company for the optimization of the building processes improving the logistic to implementation of activities on site, besides knowing the correct information about status of physical progress and economic data of project.
