GESTIÓN DE LA CALIDAD EN LA PROMOCIÓN DE VIVIENDAS DE PROTECCIÓN PÚBLICA EN EL PAÍS VASCO. OBJETIVO “CERO DEFECTOS”
Resumen
To obtain quality public housing requires the compromise of deliver them having the goal of “zero defects”. This goal does not achieve analyzing the number of incidents that happen in those houses. The present work has as aim to introduce improvements in the construction process by using a database of control guideline, which will be obtained after analyzing the statistical measurement of the incidents founded, allows the monitoring using the BIM methodology, having the objective of “zero defects”. The Six Sigma methodology and an important Basque Country public housing existing incidents database is followed. Firstly it will be checked what cause and where are causing the incidents, then to adopt a control procedure, which allows to ensure the traceability of all the procedure in every phase from the project to the maintenance and the customer service of the housing building, obtaining as a result an autoevaluating records that will feed the database. Therefore, the incident database and their later treatment is fundamental for the decision making in the future promotions.
