Abstract

In the design phase of energy-saving projects of a public hospital it is necessary to know the operation of each of the hospital's services in order to establish the possibility of including measures involving changes in the management of those services. For this, it is necessary to identify the persons responsible for those services which may have more influence in the design of measures to try to engage them in the design of the measures. In this paper, a preliminary analysis of stakeholders in the project proposal and selection of energy saving measures in the General Hospital of Valencia is proposed.
