LA GENERACIÓN DE CAPITAL SOCIAL INCREMENTA LA PRODUCTIVIDAD Y LA CALIDAD DE VIDA: LOS CASOS DE GRÍFOLS, IDOM Y MERCADONA.
Resumen
The consolidation of trust in an Organization – social capital – through collaborative networks, contributes, by itself and in an effective manner, in improving productivity. This is a widely studied fact and that has been verified in macro-organizations such as regions and countries. And in this paper we try to descend into the field of microeconomics, focusing on the company and its projects, which have barely been investigated. To do this, with the basis of our experience in operations management and specifically in three relevant cases of three important organizations, Grífols Group, Idom Group and Mercadona, we make a record of trust indicators that have been highlighted in the respective operations management in the three companies, as well as some of the results that are being obtained.
Along with the above, we include in the statement the outline of the infrastructure from which all the collaborative networks unravel, that contribute to increase, decrease or maintain social capital.
