An effective process of risk management must include a strong focus for the prioritization of activities that recognize the challenges of dealing with the uncertainty associated with each one of the risks.
Different indicators of programming that are used to prioritize the activities of the project depending of the activity duration (like Criticality Index, Cruciality Index or SSI), are sufficiently known, but they do not take into account the costs of the activities.
In this article we propose some innovative indices that will be used to classify the project activities in accordance with the cost assigned to each one of them. Using Monte Carlo simulation we will make a sensitivity analysis, by modifying the parameters characteristic of a model project and we will contrast the evolution of each of the proposed indicators.
