GESTIÓN DE LA INTEGRACIÓN EN EL PROYECTO "VENTANAS BIFUNCIONALES PARA FILTRADO DE LUZ EN AERONAVES"

Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze whether, at the time of the project constitution, the project "bifunctional windows for filtering light in aircrafts" met the standards set by the PMBoK (PMI´s Body of Knowledge), in the area of knowledge integration management of a project. So, the possibility of improvements can be implented. The methodology used has been the comparison of the processes established by the PMBoK and the project itshelf. The result is that almost the case in study meets the standards proposed by PMI.
