Abstract

Model management innovation and technological development MIDT for fishing organizations , is a dynamic system that seeks to project the productive chain of the sector for management of investment projects towards industrialization. To achieve strategies producer, consumer and balance established goals market and operational in terms of investment into science technology and innovation to achieve new markets , new products, new processes or new organizational architecture is proposed . The proposed model uses statistical tools of game theory and dynamic systems to facilitate decision -making entrepreneurs of fishing organizations and get the maximum return on investment of their projects.
