Public administrations responsible for the welfare of their citizens, have among their priorities generating projects for the optimization of the supply of health services, since the growing demand for these associated with economic growth, required to obtain the maximum performance in the allocation of any resource material and/or human. In general, and especially in developing countries there is a lack of industry of their own to facilitate access to treatment and technology, making these basic inputs for the provision of health services, in resources of import, with increased costs and therefore limited. That is why to optimize the planning of healthcare infrastructure projects, the combination knowledge - territory should play a decisive role in the allocation of financial, technological and human resources. In this paper, we present a conceptualization of a Model of Health Planning of Geospatial Intelligence collective "MPSGIC", the same country that seeks to through the geoconsensus of a multidisciplinary group of experts, to obtain prospective geospatial patterns on the territorial distribution of optimal goods, services or health events in Ecuador.
