    Resumen
The implementation in the current EU milk quota system over the period 1992-2015, accompanied the whole process of restructuring of this sector in Galicia. In this paper the results of a comparative analysis of the productive development of the sector in the different territories (municipalities) are presented over the period 1994-2014. This has been assessed implications of territorial mobility through the Gini coefficient, classifying municipalities into three categories. Hidden behind this mobility causes have been searched and analyzed by multivariate analysis. The high territorial mobility of quotas during the first years, notably territorial inequality increased during the first half of the period. Among the major causes fragmentation of ownership or initial productive vocation of municipalities are located.
