DESARROLLO DE UNA HERRAMIENTA INTERACTIVA PARA FACILITAR LA ELABORACIÓN DE PROYECTOS DE AGUA POTABLE EN PAÍSES DE INGRESOS BAJOS
Resumen
The access to safe drinking water and sanitation has been permanently present in the Cooperation Development Agenda. Today at least 748 million people do not have access to drinking water and 2,500 million do not have sanitation. There are many international bodies that promote the definition, development, finance and management of projects related to safe drinking water and sanitation. These bodies generate extensive documents that collect the experience in the different projects where they take part. To this information, one must add hundreds of scientific research papers and numerous handbooks that are published every year. Authors define this research under the hypothesis that the documentation related to water supply and sanitation projects is very large and is regularly updated and the projects related to water are complex in nature and involve a study which must consider socioeconomic, environmental, financial, administrative, social and technical dimensions. The aim of this work is to develop an interactive guide that serves to facilitate access to information for technicians that are responsible for developing water projects in the framework of the Cooperation for Development.
