Abstract

Software AGROGAS try to find viable technical solutions for managing of livestock, agricultural and industrial wastes and its energy valorization. These solutions are achieved through anaerobic digestion. It means the reduction of the polluting power of these wastes, value the important volumes of biogas obtained and which can be used to produce heat, electricity, and/or to inject the gas grid after a process of cleansing and purification. AGROGAS SOFTWARE is a tool for the feasibility analysis of biogas plants. The feasibility analysis is made from the technical, economic and environmental points of view. Some of the main parameters used in the calculation of the biogas plant viability are the location of the plant, valorization type of the biogas produced and the type and quantity of treated waste. This tool allows the simulation of various scenarios depending on the use to which it will be intended the biogas produced. At the same time, it allows you to compare up to three different scenarios in the same calculation.
