ANÁLISIS DEL COMPORTAMIENTO DE DIFERENTES ALTERNATIVAS DEL STORYBOARD PARA EVALUAR LA EXPERIENCIA DE USUARIO

Abstract

The multimethod tool Eyeface, consists of two tools (Eye-tracking and FaceReader) and evaluates the experience designed at the stage of conceptualization of ideas. The complex interpretation of experience given by the user requires an analysis of the storyboard behavior. The storyboard is a tool that is used on the Eyeface, communicates user experiences in the conceptual phase of the design process, and provides insight into the perception and evaluation by potential users. This paper evaluates the experience associated with a product that facilitates the evacuation emergency situations in a nursery school. And the behavior of the user looking the different storyboard alternatives. Thus, it seeks to identify the most suitable alternative for evaluating conceptual ideas of experiences.
