The sterilization of medical products are used to ensure the safety of devices that come into contact with humans. The technology for accelerating electrons (E-Beam) can break the chains of DNA of the microbial population preventing their reproduction, so it is essential to ensure the exposure dose. The E-Beam technology is newly implemented in sterilization processes for Latin America. This project was developed with the aim of implementing a system of supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) through the integration of E-Beam, software and hardware for the process of sterilization of medical products in a safe and health environment for exposed personnel. Compliance with Mexican Official Standards, the National Commission of Nuclear Safety and Safeguards; and COFEPRIS are considered. Conveyor system was used to achieve the flow of materials according to the parameters set in the study of dosimetry. Upon reaching the implementation phase will benefit from the service to the medical device companies the northern border of Mexico, which represent the most important region of the country for this sector.
