| dc.description | El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar la repercusión de la implementación de un sistema de ayuda a la decisión sobre la eficiencia del proceso productivo de una fábrica de piensos, más concretamente sobre la producción y distribución de concentrados. El análisis se centrará en analizar comparativamente un determinado periodo de tiempo inmediatamente antes de implementar el sistema de ayuda a la decisión y un período en el cual el sistema está plenamente operativo. Se determinarán los kilómetros recorridos, las horas empleadas y las toneladas distribuidas en el período de estudio. A continuación, basándonos en las variables anteriores, se establecerán una serie de ratios, como pueden ser toneladas distribuidas por quilómetro recorrido, tiempo invertido por tonenlada repartida, etc. Por último, se analizará el grado de satisfacción de los clientes con la herramienta implantada. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of the implementation of decision support systems on the efficiency of the production process at feed mills, more specifically on the production and distribution of concentrates. The analysis will focus on analyzing a given period of time immediately before implementing the decision support system and a period in which the system is fully operational. Kilometers traveled, hours spent and tons distributed in the study period were determined. Then, based on the above variables, a series of ratios will be established, such as distributed tons per kilometer traveled, etc. The production efficiency of the factory, represented by indices as production level, minutes per tonne produced,... are also discussed. Finally, the degree of customer satisfaction with the tool implemented will be analyzed. | es_ES |
