| dc.description | Este trabajo toca aspectos fundamentales de la Remanufactura y su estructura en contexto global como estrategia de fin de vida que contribuye económicamente y al desarrollo sustentable por la recuperación de productos prácticamente desechados, aunque no se debe descuidar que los procesos de recuperación no son necesariamente favorables al medioambiente. Particularmente se analiza el contexto de Mexicali, Baja California. Se documentaron empresas y productos que actualmente se están remanufacturando en la región, sus problemáticas y sus bondades. Así mismo se plantean aspectos descriptivos de industrias de remanufactura locales, sin dejar de lado la caracterización comparativa con las enormes maquiladoras remanufacturadoras existentes en la frontera norte de México. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper touches fundamental aspects of remanufacturing and their structure in global context as "end of life” strategy that contributes economically and to Sustainable Development by the recovery of virtually discarded products; although it should not neglect that recovery processes are not necessarily favorable to the environment.Particularly is analyzed the context of Mexicali, Baja; California. Factories and products that are currently doing remanufacturing in the region were documented, as well its problems and its benefits. Also descriptive issues arising of local remanufacturing industries, without neglecting the comparative characterization of the huge remanufacturing in factories maquiladoras in the northern border of Mexico. | es_ES |
