| dc.description | La singularidad y la complejidad de los proyectos del sector construcción, tanto residenciales como industriales, ha generado que las consultorías tengan que formar equipos multidisciplinares para llevar a cabo estos proyectos. Para coordinar estos equipos y conseguir los objetivos de los proyectos es necesario aplicar una serie de técnicas y de herramientas de gestión y dirección en todas y cada una de las fases de los proyectos. En las consultorías, tanto de arquitectura como de ingeniería, se realizan trabajos de diversa índole, desde la mera redacción de los documentos del proyecto, pasando por el control y gestión del proceso de contratación hasta la gestión integral de todo el proceso constructivo en proyectos “llave en mano”. El objeto de esta comunicación es realizar un análisis de la utilización de las técnicas y herramientas de dirección y gestión de proyectos en las consultorías del sector construcción en la Comunidad Valenciana. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The singularity and complexity of construction projects, in both residential and industrial sector have generated that consulting firms have to form multidisciplinary teams to carry out these projects. To coordinate these teams and achieve the project objectives are necessary to apply a series of techniques and tools of project management in each and every phase of projects. In the consulting firms of architecture and engineering, works of various kinds are made, from mere drafting of project documents, passing by the control and management of the contracting process until the integrated management of the whole construction process at turnkey projects.
