    Abstract
This communication shows an analysis of the collusion phenomenon and concepts related with collusion, the impact of this phenomenon in tenders, and how its implementation is carried out, and a study of the consequences in those areas where it can incur. The methodology was, through case studies from literature, legislation and case law, and other studies to attempt to obtain standardized behavior in order to prevent or minimize the effects of the collusive agreements patterns, allowing conclusions to give some recommendations/ guidelines for project managers to help them study, analyze and minimize the risk of collusive agreements which can adversely affect the development of the project
