PROPUESTA DE MANUAL PARA LA GESTIÓN CONTRACTUAL DE CONSULTORÍA EN OBRAS VIALES DEL PERÚ

Abstract

Project management is essential in all activities of public investment. The cycle of a project of public investment in Peru, comprising the steps of pre investment (profile and feasibility), investment (definitive study and implementation) and post investment (maintenance) .A study of pre thorough and detailed investment substantially reduces the probability modifications, generating savings in time and costs. It is usual in this country, professionals of public bodies as contracting, and private as contractors, unaware administrative procedures and applicable legislation, especially in local and regional entities. From the above stages of a project, pre-investment studies are the most neglected during contract management. This creates unnecessary controversy and precipitous and unforeseen during project implementation decisions. This paper presents a proposal for descriptive guide of sequential activities in the management of road infrastructure projects focused on pre-investment studies and final, which may result in a manual contract management consultancy roadworks, management presents overall, both for professionals in the public and private field.
