In the scope of a Project Manager it is included responsibility for making decisions in order to reduce risks, minimize uncertainty and may affect totally or parcially to the development of a project, and communicated to senior management of the organization. This article explores the guidelines or rules that can make Project Managers to communicate their ideas properly, knowing which is the background reason or importance of your idea and when is the best time to communicate it, so that they can success and avoid making mistakes that harm relationships or the furtherance of the project.
