Abstract

This article presents a bibliographical review of recent research relating to the Project Risks Management. Traditionally, risk management analysis has been realized by means of a qualitative analysis, through probability-impact matrices, considering even that the risks are independent each other. This concept of risk is obsolete in today's society where the projects are developed and it leads us to the need to include the "risk systemicity" as part of risk analysis. The concept of risk has evolved from its more traditional definition of "threat" to turn into the Uncertainty Management, considering the complexity of the project as one of the most relevant risk factors to take into account.
