The objective of this paper is to identify trends in the introduction of Sustainability in Project Management (PM) practice and theory. The approach of the paper is double: on one hand it reviews the literature of Project Management, Innovation and Sustainability and displays their common grounds, in the other hand it proposes a framework of Drivers to be impelemented in order to evolve from Traditional Project Management to Sustainable Project Management.
