The Academic Publishing Quality Seal (CEA-APQ) has emerged with the objective of identifying good practices in university academic publishing and serve as recognition for those collections of monographs that meet the requirements of scientific and editorial quality assurance. Among the interested parties that have participated in the implementation of the seal CEA-APQ are the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation of Spain (ANECA), the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) and the Union of Spanish University Publishers (UNE). The Quality Seal in Academic Edition is currently included as an indicator of quality in the evaluation of Teaching Publications (research and/or teaching) for the national accreditation of university teaching bodies, so its impact will be measured in the coming years. The present article tries to show the advances in the project for the development of a new University Publishing Collection in the field of "Project Management and Engineering", with the objective of reaching the CEA-APQ Seal in the medium term (3-5 years).
