This work shows the development of a management model for subjects related to the discipline of engineering projects. In these subjects, it is necessary to teach students how to integrate the knowledge acquired during their training process, considering that the current project is strongly influenced by different synergies which make the problem to be solved more complex than a mere solution to a problem. It is imperative to make students understand the need to have a good selection criterion between the different technologies that are possible to apply or opt for mixed solutions. To achieve this objective, a comparison exercise will be carried out, measuring the impact of the decisions taken. Knowledge areas of the Project Management Institute (PMI) are taken as a basis, analysing aspects such as efficiency, programming, etc. Also, the final deliverable will be a basic engineering work, developed by several groups. We work with a multiproject coordinator and several project managers, with their corresponding teams, in which each component adopts a role and assumes a responsibility. The follow-up of this model strengthens in the students a fundamental aspect for the good development of their future and next professional lives, the self-learning.
